Banana Bread

This banana bread is TASTY! Bake as muffins, or a loaf. Spread on some Earth Balance or nut butter and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/3 c Earth Balance
1/2 c sugar
2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 c almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c chopped walnuts (optional)
Brown sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Directions:
-preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Cream together butter and sugar
– add bananas, almond Milk and vanilla- mix well then set a side
-in a large bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder together. Make a well and dump in the wet ingredients- stir just until moistened.
– fold in the nuts
-Pour into 2 oiled loaf pans or muffin tins.
-top with a light sprinkle of brown sugar
-Cook loaves for about 50 mins, muffins for about 30-40.
