Banana & Cinnamon Chia Pudding

My husband LOVES chia seed pudding. Last time I made this for him I used mango and coconut but this time I switched it up!

Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbs chia seed
1 c almond milk (I used unsweetened)
Pinch cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
-use a fork to mix the milk with the banana
– add the vanilla& cinnamon and mix again
– pour in the chia seeds and mix then pour into 2 ramekins
– cover and refrigerate over night

*if you want a little extra sweetness, add a tiny bit of maple syrup on top.

Enjoy for dessert, breakfast, or a delicious snack!
