“This vegan/raw ice cream is SO delicious. My friend Heather and I made it one evening and are obsessed.

You’ll need:

Frozen Blackberries

Frozen Raspberries

Carob Powder

Frozen Bananas

Celtic Sea Salt

 

Run the frozen fruit through a blank attachment on a juicer. Mix in the carob powder (to taste) and some Celtic sea salt (to taste) and freeze in a tupperware container in the freezer for 3 hours. Let thaw a bit if needed and then serve. Enjoy!”
