Pizza Night

Tonight is pizza night with my husband and mother & father in-law. My in-laws are nutritarian so we tried to make a tasty but healthy pizza.
We have thin, whole wheat crusts, tomato sauce, and a ton of veggies.

On mine I put:

-sauce
-spinach
-tomatoes
-broccoli
-onions
– bell peppers
-mushrooms
-nutritional yeast
-sesame seed
– seasoning (paprika, black pepper, Tuscan spices)

I wish I had had sliced green olives, fresh chopped basil & fresh parsley but we didn’t have any.

As an after thought some pine nuts and fresh garlic would have been nice in there too.
If you like- use some vegan mozzarella!

We just baked it in the oven at 425 for a few minutes then broiled it a little to toast up the top.

Slice, serve w /extra dipping sauce if you like and enjoy!
