Snacking on deliciousness!

In the morning I like to fix some oatmeal or a smoothie and a veggie dish for snacking on throughout the day. My husband and I are home during the day and it’s nice to be able to grab something easy whenever we are hungry. The goal is to finish all the veggies on the same day which isn’t hard! It’s nice to know that we are getting a ton of delicious nutrients though- that make us feel great. The veggies look so beautiful too.

These veggies are great served with my 2,000 island dressing, Dan’s hummus recipe, any nut butter, guacamole, and just by themselves they are amazing too.

You can see my super cool, vintage Pyrex dish. I love to find cool dishes at antique marts or thrift shops. This dish makes it easy to take my veggies out and put back into the fridge as I want.
