Vegan Birthday Cupcakes!

I made these cup cakes for my aunt Sheri’s birthday. I used a strawberry recipe (see older post) and a vanilla recipe which is a vinegar cake aka depression cake. I will post that recipe later but until then – here’s a picture to get your mouth watering!
