Vegan cheeseless dip
I served this with seasoned potato wedges & it was good! I took it with me to book club and everyone really enjoyed it. There were a few leftover & heated the next day with some of the cheeseless sauce was amazing.
Ingredients:
1 c carrots
1 c peeled diced yellow potato
1/2 onion
Handful cashews (I used raw)
Paprika (1 tsp or to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (1 tsp or to taste)
1/2 c non dairy milk (I used almond) and add more to make desired consistency
Optional add ins- select one & bled w your finished cheese to make it fit with the dish you’re adding too
-some salsa
-beer (reduced in a warm pan before adding)
-jalapeño
-roasted red pepper
-sundried tomatoes
-Chile verde
-chorizo
-beans
